摘要
在总结国内带压密封技术的研发和现场实际应用的基础上,首次提出了带压密封工程的概念.简述了带压密封工程发展概况、工程原理、技术构成、研究内容、法规和标准.带压密封工程的定义是:以流体泄漏状态下实现再密封为研究对象,泄漏缺陷部位勘测数据为依据,应用基础科学原理及密封理论,结合工程实践活动和科学试验中所积累的理论和技术经验,安全地创建带压密封装置为目的的一门新兴的工程技术学科.并用一个实例阐述了带压密封工程的运行程序.
On the basis of research and field application for the online leak sealing techniques, the concept of the leak sealing engineering under pressure is presented firstly. The technical frame, research contents, norms and standards of the online leak sealing engineering are discussed. The definition of the online leak sealing engineering is. a burgeoning engineering technical subject with the purposes of safely finding online sealing unit,studying object to realize again sealing with fluid under the leaking state according to the survey data for leaking position, applying the sealed theory and principle of background science, combining the technical experience and theory obtained from engineering practice and scientific experiment. The operation process of the online leak sealing engineering is described based on an engineering example.
