摘要 采用原位红外光谱法研究了新型含萘环氰酸酯2,7-二氰酸酯基萘(DNCY)和双马来酰亚胺2,7-二(4-马来酰亚胺)苯醚基萘(BMPN)树脂的固化机理。发现,氰酸酯体系所发生的固化反应都以氰基通过环化反应生成三嗪环为其特征,催化剂的加入对氰酸酯体系的固化机理并没有影响;在氰酸酯和双马来酰亚胺(DNCY/BMPN)共固化体系中,主要是以BMPN/DNCY发生共聚反应生成两种六元环结构的共聚物为主,兼有少量BMPN单体自聚。 The cure mechanism of dicyanate ester resin (DNCY) and bismaleimide resin (BMPN) containing naphthalene ring were studied by in situ FTIR. The OCN functional group formed triazine network via cyclotrimerzation for DNCY resin system and the addition of catalysts did not change its cure mechanism. The copolemerization between DNCY and BMPN happened to form ring structure in the early cure process for blend resin system, and small bismaleimide ho- mopolymerized at last cure precess.
