摘要
介绍了天然染料的性质及其色素分类,并综合国内外对天然染料的研究成果,对其染色热力学和动力学进行了简单的讨论.将二者的研究相结合就可以获得其染色机理,这对上染过程控制、染色效果预测及染色工艺的确定与优化具有十分重要的指导意义.发现了天然染料对纤维和织物的上染与合成染料一样,也可归属于3种吸附类型,多数天然染料上染纤维或织物的过程是吸热和熵增的过程,与合成染料的上染情况相反.
The properties and colorant classification of natural dyes were described, and the dyeing thermo-dynamics and kinetics were simply discussed on the basis of the research results in and out of China. The dyeing mechanism may be known by combining the thermodynamic and kinetic studies, which is very important for guiding the dye uptake process control, dyeing result prediction and dyeing procedure detn, It has been found that the natural dye uptake on fibers and fabrics, as the synthetic dyes do, can be divided into 3 categories of adsorption, but most ones, contrary to the synthetic ones, are absorbed via an endothermal entropy-increasing course.
