摘要
在分布式的供应链中,供应链企业通过何种契约方式进行协同合作,以达到最优化的系统整体目标,是供应链管理的一个重要研究课题.在一个两阶供应链系统中,基于不确定响应时间和时间敏感需求,构建了普通合作契约决策模型和收益共享契约决策模型;通过比较供应链总体收益,讨论了两种契约对供应链协同的影响;最后,在收益共享契约下,对基于供应链节点企业风险偏好的收益分配比例问题进行了探讨.
It is important problems for supply chain management that for supply chain's firms cooperatation and coordinatation which contract can be adopted to achieve optimum systematic objectives in distributed supply chain currently. This paper develops a general cooperation contract model and a benefitsharing contract model based on uncertain response time and time-sensitive demand in a two-stage supply chain system. We discuss the impact of two contracts on supply chain coordination through comparing the supply chain gross benefit. Finally, this paper discusses the assignment proportion of gross benefit in supply chain based on node firm's risk preference under benefit-sharing contract.
