摘要
沙角A电厂5号机组是广东省第一台采用湿法脱硫的300MW机组,投产后取得明显的脱硫效果。从吸收塔液位、浆液密度、pH值的测量与控制以及烟气连续监测系统的烟气采样等方面进行论述,详细分析5号机组烟气脱硫装置工艺一些重要参数测量采用的方法及有关的控制策略,对存在的问题提出建议。
Unit 5 in Shajiao A Power Station is the first 300 MW unit adopting wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technique in Guangdong Province, and good desulfurization effects have been achieved since the unit was put into operation. This paper describes the measurement and control of the liquid level in the absorbing tower, slurry density, pH value as well as the flue gas sampling of the continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS), analyzing in detail the way of measurement for some important parameters and relevant control strategies. It also puts forward some solutions to the existing problems.
