绩效评估中的政治因素 被引量:18

摘要 由于组织中存在资源的稀缺,潜在的利益冲突总是存在,即使企业拥有完备的绩效评价工具,也难以保证绩效评价结果的客观公正、真实准确,因为管理者会受到人情关系、结果记录在案以及考虑员工未来发展等方面因素的影响,国外的研究将这种影响因素界定为政治因素。绩效评估中的政治因素将会长期存在,这是我们必须面对的现实,充分了解组织政治行为,合理利用政治因素是企业做好绩效评估,确保企业长远发展的必由之路。
