摘要
研究了用无定形磷酸钙包膜催化剂催化分解乙醛缩二异丁醇合成乙烯基异丁基醚,在280℃进料速度60mL/min的条件下,定向转化率为98.4%,原料转化率为94.3%。催化产物经分馏和萃取蒸馏可得98.6%的乙烯基异丁基醚(IBVE),若100g该产物用质量比4∶1的CaCl2-CaO混合物6g在-18℃处理,则可得到异丁醇质量分数<0.4%,IBVE质量分数为99.3%的产品。
Wrapped film amorphous calcium phosphate catalyst was used to synthesize isobutyl vinyl ether via acetalytion followed with gaseous cleavage .In this manner,when the reaction temperature reached 280℃ with a feed rate of 60mL· min^-1 the direct conversion rate of isobutyl vinyl ether was 98.4% and that of acetaldehyde diisobutyl acetal was 94.3 %, respectively. After fractionation and extractive distillation, the mass ratio of isobutyl vinyl ether can reach 98.6%. When 100g of the product was treated with a mixture of 6g of calcium chloride and calcium oxide(mass rate 4 : 1 ) at -18℃, the mass ratio of isobutyl vinyl ether after filtration can arrive to 99.3 % with the mass fraction of iso-butyl alcohol less than 0.4%.
