摘要
本文根据分期水位控制运用中存在的问题,提出确定收水时机的调度方式,并对其合理性进行了论述,在此基础上对参窝水库的收水时机进行了分析。
The paper controls the existed question in the operation,puts forward the operation way of opportunity of water Storage and discusses its rationality,analyses the opportunity of water storage of Shenwo reservoir on this basis.
