摘要
为了降低锌膏膨胀率,分别选用PW-150+PAA-1、PW-150+PAA-2、PW-150+PAA-3和PW-150+PAA-4等4种组合凝胶剂拌成A、B、C和D等4种锌膏,并在70℃下分别测试这4种锌膏的膨胀率。结果发现:相对于其他3种类型PAA型凝胶剂,PAA-4凝胶剂可使锌膏24 h和48 h膨胀率分别降低到12.1%和25.2%;同时可使LR6电池高温(70℃,80 d)和常温贮存(30 d)漏液率,分别降低到8.33%和1×10-4%。
In order to decrease the expansion rate of zinc gel, four types of combination binders of PW-150 + PAA-1, PW-150 + PAA-2, PW-150 + PAA-3 and PW-150 + PAA-4 were used to make zinc gel A, B, C and D. The expansion rates of zinc gel A, B, C and D were measured at 70 ℃. It was found that the expansion rates of zinc gel D for 24 h and 48 h could be decreased to 12.1% and 25.2% respectively, the leakage rates of LR6 batteries stored at 70 ℃ for 80 d and at normal temperature for 30 d could be decreased to 8.33% and 1 ×10^-4% respectively by PAA-4 compared with the other three kinds of zinc gels.
