加镝对低Co贮氢合金电化学性能的影响

Influence of Dy addition on the electrochemical properties of low-Co hydrogen storage alloy

摘要 在AB5型贮氢合金MlNi3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3成分的基础上,采用合金B侧Cu、Fe、Zn和Cr替代Co,A侧加入稀土元素镝(Dy)的方法制备低Co贮氢合金,测试了合金的电化学性能。随Dy的加入,合金的活化次数由4次上升到15次,最大放电容量由303.1 mAh/g降至271.7 mAh/g,但循环寿命提高。 Hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by substituting Co with the elements of B component of Cu, Fe, Zn, Cr and A component with Dy on the AB5 type hydrogen storage alloy MlNi3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3. The electrochemical properties of the alloys were measured. With the addition of Dy, the alloys could be fully activated from 4 to 15 charge-discharge cycles, the maximum discharge capacity decreased form 303.1 mAh/g to 271.7 mAh/g,but the cycle llfe was increased.
