摘要 介绍了LiNi1-xCoxO2、LiMn1-xCoxO2、LiNi1-xMnxO2和LiNixCo1-x-yMnyO2等掺杂型层状结构锂离子电池正极材料的研究进展。重点介绍了层状LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的结构、性能和制备方法。总结了各类掺杂型层状结构正极材料尚存在的问题,并指出了研究发展的方向。 Research progress in Li-ion battery cathode materials of doped layerLiNi1-xCoxO2、LiMn1-xCoxO2、LiNi1*xMnxO2 and LiNixCo1-x-yMnyO2 was reviewed. The structure, performance and preparation method of layered LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were described. The problem and the research future of these doped layer cathode materials were summarized.
