摘要
选定一组对过程影响显著而又可量化的因素及指标作为描述旋流器式浮选柱分级过程的物理量群,然后通过因次分析的方法导出一组相似准数,根据相似定理导出了能够描述旋流器式浮选柱分级过程的准数方程,从而为进一步揭示旋流器式浮选柱分级过程的规律性及其机理的探讨奠定了基础。
A set of factors and indexes that have a remarkably effect on process are selected as a physical quantity group to describe classifying procedure of cyclone column and then,a group of similarity dimensionless numbers are derived by means of dimension analysis.Consequently,a dimensionless equation that is able to describe classifying procedure of cyclone flotation column is derived based on similarity law.This lays a foundation of further approach to and revealing the law and mechanism governing classifying procedure of the cyclone flotation column.
