摘要
阐述了黄陵地块内部北西向雾渡河断裂的几何学分段、运动方式和剩余形变特征,指出晚更新世以来雾渡河断裂可能较为稳定。在暂不考虑全断层同时滑破的前提下,分段计算各段潜在地震强度为5.0≤M≤6.0。
Investigation advance of the Wuduhe fault zone in NW strike in the Huangling block is de scribed emphatically from three important features,which are geometric segmenting of the Wuduhe en echelon fault zone and left-lateral shear slip as well as remanent deformation of wider Shear fractured zone.Investigation of some fault segments shows that Late-pleistocene strata on the fault zone and the Holocene gully across the fault zone are not offset,that so,it is very possible to imply that Wuduhe fault zone is comparatively stable since the Late-Pleistocene.Therefore,potential Seismic magnitudes of all segments are estimated as values 5.0≤M≤6.0,in the precondition that slip of whole fault zone at the same time is not considered.
