摘要
目的探讨CT在喉癌原发灶T分级中的应用。方法回顾性分析25例经手术病理证实喉癌原发灶及其直接蔓延的范围的CT征象并进行T分级。结果25例喉鳞癌CT检查原发灶T分级为T16例,T215例,T34例,T40例;手术病理T分级为T116例,T24例,T33例,T42例,CT与手术病理符合率为92%。结论CT对喉癌原发灶分级是制定手术方案的必要依据。
Objective To assess the CT value of the laryngeal carcinoma in T rates. Methods 25 cases with laryngeal carcinoma were examined by CT scan and confirmed by surgical pathology. Results CT findings： T1 6 cases,T215 cases,T34 cases; surgical pathyology： T116 cases,T24 cases,T33 eases,T42 cases. Conclusion CT is necessary evidence on diagnosis and treatment of the laryngeal carcinoma before surgery.
