摘要
为了满足CDMA1X系统上各种无线视频业务的需求,同时消除由CDMA1X网络带宽的不稳定和视频压缩过程中产生数据丢失所引起的质量下降,需要找到一种方法使得在保证传输图像质量的同时,可以提供不同的帧率等级.通过对比系统中图像传输存在的主要问题和解决方案,提出了一种最小RTP和最小RTCP结构,可达到提高图像质量和控制帧率的效果,并可根据需求采用手动、自动两种调节帧率方式.经过实际测试,该方法可明显提高图像的质量.
To satisfy the demands for wireless video services on CDMA1X system and eliminate the drop of image quality resulted from instability of CDMA1X bandwidth and data loss in video compressing process, it is necessary to find out a approach to improve the quality of the video and to provide several levels of frame rate. On the basis of analyzing main problems existed in video transmission and comparing several solving approaches, a structure of MiniRTP and MiniRTCP has been proposed to improve the quality of the image and control the frame rate. Experiment shows that the quality of the image is improved effectively and the frame rate can be adjusted manually or automatically according to the demands.
