摘要
研究了用甲壳素富集铬天菁S-Al的柱前显色分光光度法。在酸性条件下,甲壳素吸附铬天菁S和铝的络阴离子,其富集倍数高达100倍。经用NH_3·H_2O、HAc和丙酮依次洗脱并定容后,在545nm处测定显色溶液吸光度,线性范围在0~1mg/LAl。方法快速,可以用于环境水样中痕量Al的测定。
Preconcentration by collecting aluminium-chromazurol S chelate on a chromatographic column of chitin has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of aluminium in water.The chelate on chitin is eluted with ammonia-ethyl alcohol-acetone and the absorbance of the eluate is measured at 545 nm. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range 0~10 μg of aluminium in 10 mL of eluate.
