网络黑话和洋文词的泛滥已严重威胁到了汉语的健康和发展,对网络黑话和洋文词进行规范化管理,已成为当前语言文字工作者迫切需要解决的问题,这些不规范的垃圾词语是与“三个代表”重要思想格格不入的。

The overflow of the network argots and foreign language words has threatened the precision and the development of Chinese seriously. Carrying on the standardized management to those words has become the question that needs to be solved urgently by linguistics. Those junk words are incompatible with the basic principles of the Three Representatives.
