Reflections on the Importance of Political Ideological Education of University Students in Constructing a Harmonious Society

高等学校思想政治教育工作在构建社会主义和谐社会中作用显著,任务繁重。主要体现在加强思想理论建设,构建“和谐”的理论体系;加强宣传工作,营造“和谐”的舆论氛围;加强思想道德建设,形成“和谐”精神追求;强化精神激励功能,激发“和谐”的创造活力和加强维护稳定机制建设,夯实“和谐”的制度基础等方面。

As a strenuous and long-term task for the administrators in colleges and universities, Political ideological education does play a very important role in constructing a society of harmony. This paper discusses how to reinforce and propagate the theoretical system, to create a harmonious atmosphere, to enhance ideological and moral construction, to maintain an efficient mechanism, and to consolidate a set of corresponding laws and regulations.
