On "Enlai Spirit" and the Moral Education in Colleges and Universities

“以德治国”,这是以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体在我国社会经济步入新的发展时期所提出的重要治国方略。我们作为高校思想政治教育工作者,应把道德建设作为一个基础性、根本性的重要工作来抓。“恩来精神”是高校进行道德教育、培养学生具有基本道德规范的一个较好的切入点。

Managing the state affairs by morality is an important tactic of managing the state affair put forward by the third generations of the leading group of the Party that takes comrade Jiang Zeming as the core leader in the our country as our social economy comes to new developed epoch. To be the ideological and political educators in the colleges and universities, we should take the morals construction as basal and radical important work. ＂En Lai Spirit＂ is a better working point for the colleges and universities to carry on the morals education and develops the student to have the basic moral criterion.
