略论中等农业职业教育与农民素质的提高

On Agriculture Medium-sized Vocational Edueation and Inprovement of Peasant Foundation Quality

随着高等教育的扩招,中等职业教育发展相对缓慢,农业中等职业教育的形势更是岌岌可危。本文对农业中等职业教育存在的主要问题进行了诊断,提出发展农业中等职业教育的措施和推行农民职业资格制度的构想。

With the enlargement of higher education,secondary vocational education, especially the peasants vocational education develops slowly.Based on the investigation and thinking,the author finds out the solution to the problems and offers his ideas as to the possibility of improving peasants vocational education.
