摘要
通过相关研究，对政府管理创新成本进行分解，结合我国政府创新实践，对政府管理创新成本进行初步研究。
The article gets going from the meaning, relative concepts and definition of the cost of innovation in government, then makes a pilot study on the cost of innovation in government by resolving it and combining with the innovation practice of the government.
