海外直接投资是福建省在更高层次上参与国际产业分工、充分利用两种资源、两个市场的客观要求。针对福建省企业海外直接投资的现状和投资定位,以构筑“三条战略通道”为契机,实现福建边际产业向国外转移;以利用外资与对外投资协同并进为原则,实现福建资本流动从单向型向双向型互动的战略转变;以加快“走出去”的发展步伐为前提,保证福建对外投资走在全国的前列。

It is an objective requirement for Fujian enterprises to invest directly abroad, which is one way of participating in the international industrial division at higher level and deploying two resources and two markets. This article analyzes the incentives, position, strength, and innovation strategy of Fujian enterprises FDI.
