摘要
城市私房拆迁是城市建设中不可回避的,也是最易产生剧烈冲突的领域,关系到社会的稳定。建设和谐社会与拆迁立法之间是密不可分的关系。论述两者之间产生矛盾的原因,并就拆迁立法提出建议,以完善拆迁立法,平衡在拆迁中涉及到的各方利益,促进社会和谐。
The urban private house relocation, easily leading to fierce conflict, is an issue that cannot be avoided in the urban construction. How to solve the problem relates to social stability. Through expounding the reasons causing contradiction, this article proposes some suggestions to the relocation legislation and the balance of benefits of various aspects.
