摘要
造就社会急需人才满足市场对旅游人才的需求是高职旅游人才培养模式的重要课题。根据高职旅游人才的培养目标,从高职旅游教育办学模式、专业方向设置及课程教育体系3个方面对高职旅游人才培养模式进行探讨。
The important project of the tourism talents training model in vocational technical college is to meet the demand of the tourism market for talents. This article probes into three aspects of talents training model such as the training target, school running model, design of specialty and educational system.
