摘要
在信息时代,由于教育教学环境发生了很大的改变,高校教师传统角色定位受到挑战,与传统的“权威和管理型教学”相比,信息时代的教学是一种“指导和服务型教学”,高校教师的角色定位也由传统的“传道、授业、解惑”转变为“传道、授业、解惑”与“学习指导、学习评估与资源提供”并重。新的角色定位要求高校教师具备“尊重”、“宽容”和“协作”这三种信息时代应当具备的重要品质。
In information age, traditional role orientation of university teachers is faced with challenges because of education environment changes. Teaching is growing into guiding and serving oriented rather than the traditional authority and managing one. Accordingly, university teachers' role orientation attaches great importance to "studies guiding, learning evaluating and resources providing" apart from traditional "transmitting wisdom, imparting knowledge and resolving doubts". The new role orientation requires that university teachers have the three important qualities of respect, tolerance and cooperation in information age.
