合肥市2004年性病/艾滋病监测资料分析

Analysis of Data from STD/AIDS Sentinel Hospital Outpatients in Hefei City in 2004

目的 了解合肥市2004年性传播疾病和HIV流行特征，为制定防治措施提供依据。方法 对合肥市2家哨点医院的性病门诊就诊者进行监测。结果 2004年4月1日～5月7日共监测325名就诊者。病种以尖锐湿疣为主，占36．92％。患者中男女性别比为1．95：1；年龄主要集中在20～34岁；职业以工人为多，占34．46％；婚姻状况以未婚为主，占64．31％；多数为合肥市人，占80．00％。有66．77％的人承认有非婚性伴。在非婚性行为中，每次坚持使用安全套的人仅26．73％。结论 合肥市的性病门诊就诊者中性病／艾滋病流行的危险因素广泛存在。应继续加强性病监测工作，及时发现传染源，切断传播途径，并开展广泛、持久的预防性病和艾滋病的健康教育。

Objective To know the epidemic trend of STD/HIV in Hefei city. Methods To monitor the prevalence of STD/HIV among outpatients from venereal departments of two sentinel hospitals. Results 325 outpatients were monitored from 1 April to 7 May, 2004. The condyloma acuminate was common and accounted for 36.92%. The gender ratio of male to female was 1.95 ： 1. The most outpatients were at age of 20 - 34. Workers accounted for 34.46% ; The most were spinsterhood, accounted for 64.31%. Most of them were residents of Hefei city, accounted for 80.00%. 66.77% admitted having non - married sexual partner. 26.73% persisted in using condom during non - married sexual intercourse. Conclusions The risk factors related to STD/HIV were common among outpatients who visited venereal department in Hefei city. In order to find the transmitting source and cut the way of transmitting, the surveillance of STD should be improved, and the health education of HIV/AIDS should be conducted abroad and permanently.
