论循环经济与我国政府的对策

On Circular Economy and the Countermeasures of the Government

循环经济是一种生态经济,它强调人与自然的协调与和谐,是实现可持续发展的重要途径和方式。我国正处在工业化迅速发展时期,经济的快速增长和人口的不断增加,使得资源短缺和环境污染问题越来越严重,为了实现经济和环境的协调发展,发展循环经济是根本出路。本文通过论述循环经济是21世纪中国的战略选择,探讨了循环经济的特征与优势,分析其必要性和可行性,最后结合我国国情,从宏观层面提出我国政府的对策。

As a kind of zoology economy, Circular Economy, which emphasizes the harmony between the mankind and the nature, is one of the most important modes to realize sustainable development strategy. Our country is under the rapid development period of the industrialization nowadzays.With the development of the economy and the growth of the population, the shortage of the resoures and the environment pollution became the serious problems. In order to realize the economical and the environment coordination development, the development of Circular Economy is the fundamental choice. The article discusses the Circular Economy characteristic and the superiority through narrating the Circular Economy is the strategic choice of China in the 21st century , After analysing its necessity and the feasibility under our country national conditions, the paper proposes countermeasures for our government on the macroscopic level.
