经鼻蝶手术入路相关结构的可视化研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立经鼻蝶手术入路中相关解剖结构的计算机三维可视化模型。方法应用中国可视化人体数据集,选取从筛窦上缘到上颌窦下缘的连续断层图像,在计算机上对经鼻蝶入路重要结构的断层图像轮廓进行数据分割、对位重建和三维显示。结果重建了筛窦、蝶窦、上颌窦、鼻中隔、中鼻甲、下鼻甲、垂体、鞍背、颈内动脉、视神经、三叉神经、外展神经等结构的三维可视化模型,该模型既可以进行单个结构的显示,也可以进行多个结构的分色显示,同时也可以任意放大缩小和任意角度旋转观察。结论经鼻蝶手术入路相关结构的三维可视化模型可以为临床神经外科和耳鼻咽喉科手术提供解剖学参考。 Objective To build digitized visible model of the sella turcica and its adjacent structures for transsphenoidal approach. Methods Cross-sectional images between the top layer of ethmoidal sinus and the bottom layer of maxillary sinus from the Chinese visible human data set were reviewed on a section-by-section basis. Three-dimensional computerized reconstruction of the sella turcica and its adjacent structures were performed. Results for transsphenoidal Successfully 3D reconstructed the structures model of sella turcica and its adjacent structures approach. This model can be displayed with single stricter of sella turcica and its adjacent structures for transsphenoidal approach and can be displayed with several structures in different color and can be displayed from any direction. Conclusion Three dimensional reconstruction model of the sella turcica and its adjacent structures is meaningful for neurosurgery and otorhinolarygologic operation.
