摘要
以快速脂肪提取器提取脂肪,经甲酯化后,利用50m×0.35mmi.d.PEG-20M玻璃毛细管柱分析了其中的饱和、不饱和脂肪酸.面积归一化法定量.结合GC/MS,共鉴定了40种脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的93.5%,其中不饱和脂肪酸为66.7%.
Fat of scallop wastes is extracted by rapid fat extractor.After being esterified,the saturated and unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters are separated and determined by a 50m× 0.35mmi.d.PEG 20M glass capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID).Forty peaks are identified with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,and quantified with area normalization method.The amount of identified fatty acids attains 93.5% of total amount of them,of which the unsaturated fatty acids reach 66.7%.
