摘要
利用热膨胀系数实测数据,计算原子振动的简谐系数和非简谐系数;利用 Collins模型,以TiCu为例,计算原子作非简谐振动下二元系统的热力学函数。找出 体系的状态方程,研究定压膨胀系数随温度的变化和非简谐振动对它们的影响,理论计算与实验结果基本一致。
The thermodynamic functions of the binary system in the case of anharmonic vibration of atoms are calculated according to the harmonic coefficient and the first and second anharmonic ones and Coffins model,taking TiCu as the example, The authors have established the equations of state of the system and studied the variation of the coefficent of csobaric expansion with temperature and the influence of anharmonic vibration on them. The results agree in the main with the values measured experimentally.
