彩色多普勒超声诊断四肢动脉假性动脉瘤25例

The diagnosis of 25 case of extremity pseudoaneurysm by color Doppler ultrasound

目的提高超声对四肢动脉假性动脉瘤的诊断能力。方法观察四肢动脉假性动脉瘤的超声特征,并与螺旋CT或动脉造影及手术结果进行对照,且6例病人在超声引导下局部注射凝血酶治疗。结果本组假性动脉瘤的超声诊断与螺旋CT、动脉造影及手术结果对照,符合率100%。6例病人在超声引导下局部注射凝血酶治疗获得成功。结论超声诊断四肢假性动脉瘤准确、简便、无创,且还可在超声引导下进行治疗。

Objective To improve the Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis ability in extremity pseudoaneurysm （PA）. Methods The sonographic characteristics of 25 case with extremity PA were contrasted with the results of spiral CT or angiography and operation , and 6 patients were treated with ultrasound - guided thrombin injection. Results The diagnostic coincidence of color Doppler ultrasound spiral CT , angiography and operation was 100%. 6 patients were successfully treated with ultrasound- guided percutaneous thrombin injection. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is an accurate , convenient , noninvasive method in the diagnosis of extremity PA, and can be used to guide the treatment.
