摘要
目的 对肺动脉瓣狭窄介入治疗术后三维超声心功能进行研究。方法 选择肺动脉瓣狭窄患儿16例进行术前、术后48~72h、术后3个月三维心功能测定。同时设立无心脏疾病儿童16例作对照组。结果 介入治疗前EDV、ESV、EDVI及ESVI均小于术后48~72h和术后3个月,P〈0.01。EF值术前与术后48~72h相比无明显改变,P〉0.05。但与术后3个月相比已有升高,P〈0.01。对照组在第1天、第3天、第3个月的EDV、ESV、EDVI、ESVI测值均无明显变化,EF也无明显变化,P〉0.05。结论 三维超声心动图是准确测量经皮球囊肺动脉瓣成形术后心功能测量的有效方法。
Objective To study the application value of the three dimensional echo cardiac function after percutaneous ballon valvuloplasty for pulmonary valve stenosis. Methods Sixteen patients with pulmonary valve stenosis were selected to have the examinations of 3 - D echo cardiac function before ballon valvuloplasty, 48 ~ 72 hours and three months after ballon valvuloplasty and sixteen children with no cardiac disease were regarded as the contral group. Results The EDV ,ESV,EDVI and ESVI before ballon velvuloplas- ty were smaller than thosse 48 ~ 72 hours and three months after ballon valvuloplasty( P 〈 0.01 ). The EF before ballon velvuloplasty, 48 ~ 72 hours after ballon valvuloplasty had no changes( P 〉 0.05). But the EF three months after ballon vavuloplasty was higher than the first day( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The three dimensional echo cardiac function is a accurate method to detect the cardiac function after percutaneous ballon valvuloplasty for pulmonary valve stenosis.
