摘要
研究了对乙酰基偶氮胂与铝显色反应的条件及光度性能.在pH6.0的醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,对乙酰基偶氮胂与铝形成1:2的蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为620nm表观摩尔吸光系数达1.3×104Lmol-1·cm-1,铝量在0~20μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律.应用于硅石中铝量的测定,结果满意.
The conditions and photometric prop ̄ of colour reaction of p-aeetylarsenazo with aluthenium are investigated in this paper. In PH6.0 aCetic acid-acehc sodium haiuln, p-acstylarsenazo reactS with aluthenium tO form the blue complex with the raho 1: 2. The maxitheum absorption wavelength is 620urn and the apparent molar photoabsorption coefficient reaches 1.3 × 104 L.mel-1. cm-1. Aluminium amount between 0  ̄ 20 μg/25 ml obeyS Beer' s law. This method can be applied in the detendnation of aluminium in sinica with satisfactory results.
