We made a survey of negative resistance of a u J T and a flip- flop circuit by Transistor Characteristic Diagram instrUment, and explained measured value of the negative resistance. ho a new mode was put up as R S trigger. A step wave generator was madeaccording tO the survey of thistable circuit.
