摘要
以BaF2和WO3为原料,采用高温固相反应法合成了Ba2WO3F4荧光体,测定其X-射线粉未衍射、激发光谱和发射光谱,探讨了Ba2WO3F4及掺杂Eu3+离子后荧光体的发光特性。
Investigation of the system BaFZ--wo,shows the existence of a nuorotungstate formulated Ba,WO,F.'Under UV or X-ray excitation,Ba,WO,F.shows an efficient blue-green emission peaking at 480 urn at room temperature'The luminesecence properties show a similarity with those of the tunsgstate,especially MgWO.
