摘要
目的确定雪胆素滴丸的成型工艺。方法以滴丸的硬度,外观,黏连为评价指标,采用正交试验法研究滴丸成型工艺的较优工艺条件。结果工艺条件为:药物∶PEG4000∶PEG6000质量比为1∶1∶5,药料温度120℃,冷却剂的温度10℃,冷却柱长70 cm。结论通过上述试验确定的成型工艺合理,所制滴丸符合滴丸质量标准。
Objective To optimize the preparation procedure of hemslein dropping pills. Methods All the procedures were evaluated for the hardness, appearance and stickiness of the pills, and optimized by orthogonal design. Results The best conditions were as follows: ration of hemslein-PEG4000-PEG6000,1 : 1 : 5 ; temperature of drug, 120 ℃ ; temperature of the refrigerant, 10 ℃ ; length of the cool column ,70 cm. Conclusion The optimized conditions are suitable for the preparation of hemslein dropping pills.
