摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定聚维酮碘中总碘含量的方法。方法 以Partisil SAX-10(4.6mm×250mm)柱为固定相;流动相为0.09mol/L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(体积比9:1),用磷酸调pH3.3;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:223nm。结果 碘离子在3.505~17-52μg/mL范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5)。平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.4%。结论 本方法简便、准确,可用于聚维酮碘的质量控制。
Objective To establish high-performance liquid chromatography for the determination of total iodine in povidone iodine. Methods The analysis was performed on Partisil SAX-10 column (4.6 mm× 250 ram)under the UV detection wavelength of 223 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 09 mol/L monopotassium phosphate solution (9:1 ) ( adjusted by phosphoric acid to pH 3.3) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 3. 505 - 17. 525 μg/mL iodine ion ( r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ). The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD 1. 4% ( n = 9 ). Conclusions This method is sample and sensitive for the content determination of iodine in povidone indine.
