HPLC法测定复方灵芝颗粒中五味子甲素的含量

Determination of deoxyschizandrin in complex Lingzhi granule by HPLC

目的 建立复方灵芝颗粒中五味子甲素含量测定的方法。方法 用高效液相色谱法测定，色谱条件为：C18柱，（5μm，250×4．6mm），流动相为甲醇-水（体积比75：25），检测波长为254nm。结果 五味子甲素在0．1608-6．432μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（R=0.9996），平均加样回收率为99.27％，RSD=1．02％（n=6）。结论 该法操作简便、准确，重复性好，建立的定量方法可用于复方灵芝颗粒质量的控制。

Objiective To establish a method for the content determination of deoxyschizandrin in complex Lingzhi granule. Methods HPLC was performed on an ODS - C18 column （5μm,250 mm× 4.6 mm） using methanol-water （75：25 ） as the mobile phase under the detection wavelength of 254 nm, Results The linear range of deoxyschizandrin was 0, 1608 -6. 432μg, The mean recovery was 99.27% with RSD 1, 02% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion This method is simple, reproducible and accurate for the content determination of deoxyschizandrin in complex Lingzhi granule.
