摘要本文首先对全球价值链概念的形成进行了系统的回顾,接着重点对全球价值链的理论及研究成果进行了归纳,主要从全球价值链的治理、驱动力及创新三个方面进行了阐述,最后分析了全球价值链的研究前沿及发展动态。
