Analysis of Climatic Fitness for Tree Planting in Jilin Province

从水分平衡角度对吉林省植树造林的适宜程度进行了分区,结果为西部地区不适宜大面积种植乔木林,应以灌木林为主,近水旁可种植乔木;中部地区大部分地方可种植乔木,但在山坡、岗地应以灌木为主;东部地区为林木种植适宜区。

The climatic fitness for tree planting in Jilin Province was zoned by analyzing hydrological balance. The results showed that the West Jilin was not suitable to plant arbor at the large scale, but mainly to plant brush and arbor where water was available. Arbor planting was suitable in the most parts of Middle Jilin, but more suitable to plant brush in the hill slope and hillock. The East Jilin was a suitable region for arbor planting.
