AN COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF CHINA'S LAND USE PLANNING

本文介绍土地利用规划的概念及主要内容、规划理论原理、规划过程、规划成果．土地利用规划是土地科学的重要组成部分，其实践性相当强，因此综合探讨它具有重要的理论与实践意义；同时也可为有关专业（如土地管理、城市规划、农业经济等）的教学提供一个比较清晰的思路．

The concept of land use planning and its main subjects, planning theories and principles, planning process,results and its benefits are presented in this article. Land use planning is mostly comprised of master land use planning,urban planning and rural land planning. Because planning is a comprehensive activity with a combination of natural and social economy, it must be jointly carried out by the concerned governmental departments and experts. The main purposes of land use planning is to determine rational land use pattern and types, to distribute land of all kinds and adjust existing irrational land use structure on the basis of certain principles and methoas, to advance the implementation measures and its stages, and to work out the land use planning report. In addition, the rationality of land use planning depends on the unification of economic, social and ecological benefits during its implementing process. In the last part, this paper introduces china's land use planning organizations, procedures,regulations and required planning results.
