摘要
本文在无穷远直线上规定了绝对对合和圆环点后，定义垂线和圆。
In this paper, under the condition of which provided the absolute involution and circular points on line at infinity, we define peopendicular line and circle, and give the system of projective significance of rectangular coordinate, formula of distauce and orthogonal transformation
