摘要
通过消化吸收国外先进的自控器件,根据生产工艺操作流程,利用触摸屏、PLC等自动控制系统对进口电气设备进行改造。改造后的染色机,具有线速度和张力恒定,自动化程度高,性能稳定可靠,操作简便直观等优点。
Based on production operation process, the imported electric equipment was reformed, new generation self control system was developed. As a result, the reformed dyeing machine featured constant linear speed and tension, high automatic degree, stable property, simple operation etc.
