摘要
纺织品及其材料试样经正己烷超声波提取，提取液浓缩定容后，用GC-ECD，或用GC-MS测定其毒杀酚的残留量，外标法定量。采用选择离子检测进行阳性确证。毒杀芬添加水平在0．5～2．00mg／kg时，该方法回收率为85.3％～100．4％；精密度为4．43％～11．78％；方法测定最低限GC—ECD为0．2mg／kg。GC—MSD为0．5mg／kg，各项指标均满足有关要求。
This method is applicable to the determination and confirmation of residue content of Toxaphene in textiles by GC- ECD and GC-MSD. The test sample are extracted with n-Hexane in ultrasonic, The extract solution is evaporated and made up to a definite volume. Determination and confirmation is made by GC-ECD or GC-MS, using external standard method. According to the experimental data, the fortifying concentrations of toxaphene in textiles and its corresponding recoveries are： 0.5 - 2.00 mg/kg, the recovery 85.3 % -100.4 %, the limit of determination of this GC-ECD method is 0.2 mg/kg, the limit of determination of this GC-MS method is 0.5mg/kg, the precision is 4.43% - 11.78%. All the technical items conform to the requirements.
