竹芋和三色竹芋的试管繁殖研究 被引量:6

摘要 本研究对竹芋和三色竹芋作了试管繁殖试验,以两种植物的不同器官(茎尖、茎节、花茎、叶柄、叶片)作为外植体,以MS作基本培养基,附加不同的植物生长调节物6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和萘乙酸(NAA)诱导再生植株.结果表明,以茎节的诱导率为最高,花茎和茎尖次之,而叶柄和叶片在各种培养基上无生长反应,难以诱导成苗.诱导培养基以MS+BA4mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L为最优,两种竹芋的差别不显著,无根嫩茎培养约5周,可以增生出数个新芽并生根.再生小植株移植到蛭石中易成活. The vitro propagation of Maranta arundinacea L. and M. Leuconeura var. erythroneura has been studied. which use its various organs (shoot tips, stem sections, peduncles, petioles and leaves) as explant Murashige and skoog (MS) media as base media with hormones BA and NAA on the several levels attached. The study shows that the culture of stem section is the best, peduncle and shoot tips are good. Petioles and leaves in various media have no grew reaction. The induce medium that MS+BA 4mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L is the best for the two species Marantas , both for axillary buds germination and multiplication. About 5 weeks, No root young stems on the induce medium might grow and proliferat several new shoots while whole plantlets planted in a vermiculite medium earily survive.
