摘要
改革开放以来,乡镇企业已成为我国农村经济发展的支柱力量。但是,乡镇企业人力资源素质低下,已成为乡镇企业健康发展的瓶颈。文章从分析我国乡镇企业人力资源存在的主要问题及人力资源配置出发,提出了乡镇企业人力资源开发与管理的对策。
Since the reform and opening-up, village and township enterprise has already become the pillar of rural economical development in our country. However, the quality of human resources in town enterprises is low, so it becomes an obstacle of sound development of town enterprises. This paper, first discusses the main problems of human resources in the village and township enterprises and their development, and then proposes the countermeasure to human resources and management of village and township enterprises.
