摘要 对猴头菇中可溶性粗多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,通过单因素试验和正交试验L9(34),研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、时间对多糖提取率的影响。结果显示:乙醇浓度和料液比是影响多糖提取率的主要因素,最佳工艺为料液比1:20,乙醇浓度为95%,浸提时间4h,在最佳提取工艺时,猴头菇的多糖提取率为7.29%。 Extraction technology of polysaccharide from Heficium erinaceus was investigated. Single factor and orthognnal experiment were applied to analyze the effects of the factors such as solid - liquid ratio, density of ether and time on the extraction percent of the polysaceharides. Experimental results indicated that density of ether and solid - liquid ratio significantly affect the extraction percent of the soluble polysaceharides. The optimum solid -liquid ratio is1:25, density of ether is 95% and the extraction time 4 h. In this condition, the extraction percent of soluble polysaceharides in herieium erinaceus is 7.29%.
