卧螺离心机转鼓的应力应变有限元仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 应用visualNastran有限元仿真软件对卧螺离心机转鼓虚拟样机模型在三种工况下进行应力应变仿真分析。得到了转鼓的最大应力和径向位移的分布情况,并在此基础上优化转鼓壁厚,减轻离心机质量,对离心机结构优化具有理论的指导意义。 In this article , the stress strain simulation analysis under three kind of operating modes of drum is carried out by a finite element analysis software, visualNastran. Distributed situation of the biggest stress and the radial displacement of drum were obtained. Then, reduces the mass of centrifuge by optimizing the drum wall thickness on this foundation, which offered a theoretical guideline for the theory to the centrifuge structure optimization.
