摘要
本文以矢势Ａ的Ａ－Ｂ效应为基础，说明标势也具有物理效应，并对证明此效应提出实验设想。
In this paper,scalar potential which has the effect of physics would be explained on the basis of the A-B effect of vector potential A,and the assumption of experiment for proving the effect of scalar potential has been supplied.
