桂竹糖芥强心甙G及其制剂HPLC分析

THE HPLC METHOD FOR CARDIAC GLYCOSIDES G IN ERYSIMUM CHEIRANTHOIDES AND ITS PREPERATION

应用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ法），以挂竹糖芥甙Ｇ为对照标准品，测定制剂中甙Ｇ的含量．采用μ－ＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＣ１８柱、流动相：乙腈－甲醇－水系统，线性范围：（２．６～７．８）μｇ，变异系数０．９（％），回归方程：ｙ＝１４１５７９２ｘ＋５２６２４．６，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９，方法灵敏、准确。

The HPLC Method is developed to determine the content of Cardiac Glycosides G in preperations by using the Glycosides G in Ersimum Cheiranthoides as a standard sample. A Bondapak-C18 column is used, and mobile phase is acetonitrile-methaol -water system. The linear scope is between 2.6 and 7.8μg, the coefficient of variation is 0.96%, and regression equation is y = 1415792x + 52624.6, its correlative coefficient r is 0.9999. The method is sensitive and accurate.
